Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were great for a weekend stay, especially if you're watching rugby at Parc y Scarlets, but some areas were quite dusty. The beds were super cozy, though. The service was top-notch, with very personable and attentive staff. The location was ideal for my needs, being close to the train station and hospital, but it got noisy at times. The dining was mostly excellent, but there were occasional delays in getting the food.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff and convenient onsite car parking in a good location. The twin beds were slightly narrow, and the soap dispenser position in the excellent bathroom was a bit inconvenient, but overall a comfortable stay next to a busy main road.
